I really noticed that any sign of a flower is long gone...sigh. I've been sewing and I'm getting ready to go on a quilting retreat in a few weeks.Judy https://www.blogger.com/profile/07886053115520735923noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-162042727452052782.post-9146802724355086732011-10-20T18:08:42.599-04:002011-10-20T18:08:42.599-04:00I really like this shot of the flowers Rose!

This is how to do it!
We went to see the grandkids and by the time we got back all of these were gone. I never did get a decent shot.
It has turned cold here - not even 50 degrees and been raining with lots of wind so the trees are bare in places. My yard has more leaves!Carlettahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11178161514195582965noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-162042727452052782.post-64650952921790116082011-10-20T18:00:35.020-04:002011-10-20T18:00:35.020-04:00These are like sunlight come to earth, too bad the...These are like sunlight come to earth, too bad they are gone now. The deer don't like them, so they grow well around here!
Same weather system with rain arrived here late yesterday and it's turned much cooler too. I do miss the flowers and green vegetation in the winter months.
My cats are indoor ones, but they do go out on the screened porch. However, they insist on the French doors from the dining room being kept open, so right now I'm shivering as they roam the porch and sniff the air. I'll give them 5 - 10 minutes then in they come and shut goes the door!

Such pretty flowers and a lovely photo shot. It's always sad to see the flowers leave, but at least we know they'll be back. :>)Bethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01783056492527420487noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-162042727452052782.post-74472222131695851972011-10-20T03:04:41.652-04:002011-10-20T03:04:41.652-04:00Such a pretty picture and a lovely colour.Such a pretty picture and a lovely colour.Elliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14143140451200120833noreply@blogger.com
