There was a big vine of possum grapes growing over our chicken house. (I guess it had plenty of fertilizer...LOL) We would eat those thing like they were candy. I haven't seen any in years. I would like to know if the taste is still there that I experienced as a child. Where I went to school in the two room school house....there was a grape vine we would swing on at every recess. We had to go out a lane just a little ways. I don't think the teacher ever knew we swung on it. It took us out over a big gorge. It's a thousand wonders someone didn't get hurt bad, but it never broke and we had fun. Thanks for making me remember!Clara....in TNhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07111947670369158947noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-162042727452052782.post-5206840090841267622011-10-03T15:23:19.693-04:002011-10-03T15:23:19.693-04:00You have such fun memories of your childhood, reme...You have such fun memories of your childhood, remembering so much detail.EG CameraGirlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12803759124643467711noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-162042727452052782.post-6663870752418905222011-10-03T13:39:28.812-04:002011-10-03T13:39:28.812-04:00HI Rose, I love to hear your childhood stories......HI Rose, I love to hear your childhood stories... Just think of all the child proof things nowadays, and back when we were little, it' a wonder we didn't kill ourselves.
