Same with Grackles or Starlings. Poor blackbirds aren't liked by anyone much! It has just begun to sleet here. I hope it is brief and goes away quickly! I clean the lint out of my machine, but have no idea where to oil it and it doesn't say in the book that came with it. Maybe it doesn't need oil?Maryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16552777489399984385noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-162042727452052782.post-91448115595028192772013-02-21T14:51:10.537-05:002013-02-21T14:51:10.537-05:00We've had a few Cowbirds here --but I haven...We've had a few Cowbirds here --but I haven't seen any in a couple of years. I always get them mixed up with Catbirds --which we do have on occasion. The two birds don't look at all alike --but the name confuses me.

Stay warm... It's chilly here too--but no snow. I read an article about them and they are a danger to other birds. They lay their eggs in other birds nests and when the eggs hatch the cow bird baby eventually kills the other baby birds. Over a period of time you only have cow birds. :(Deehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03615619898193867797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-162042727452052782.post-83457288644324890682013-02-20T15:42:13.560-05:002013-02-20T15:42:13.560-05:00I need to clean my sewing machine, tho I did have ...I need to clean my sewing machine, tho I did have it cleaned not long ago, the minky fabric I'm sure did a job on it.
