Today's churches

Churches are another thing I love to photograph. These are from the trip...I almost wish I had asked to turn around and go back where I got the last photo shown. There were two of these churches, side by side and the quick glimpse I caught of them they seemed to be identical. I was lucky to get this of just one of them, but I will always wonder what the story behind the churches are.

  1. OMG! I love them, and plan on doing a photography book on churches in a 50 mile radius of my house;)

  4. Now you have a reason to go back :-) I love that last one because it looks like the little country church that my dad belonged to in northern Ohio. I'm always drawn to little country churches. They just seem to have a history and story you want to know.

  6. I like to photograph churches, too. Rose. The attention to detail on them is usually wonderful. In fact, this week's Sky Watch will be a church. ;-)

I LOVE how all three steeples in your photos are different.

Hope you have some more churches coming!

I enjoyed reading your "about me" because I can identify with most of it!!

I like this post about churches! I like to photograph them too, and maybe I'll do a post on mine.
