This is a scene from a week ago....if they were closer, I would be driving by to see if they are still there or all melted. I feel sure they have at least fallen to the ground. Even though we have had a lot of melting, we still have snow on the ground. We had snow flurries this evening, and we are supposed to have snow showers tomorrow. I have seen buzzards, but I am still watching for my first robin. I think I usually see the first ones in February. My lilac continues to have big buds, and somewhere we were I really noticed a big tree starting to get lots of buds. I suppose it is the number of daylight hours plus sunshine that triggers the growth.
Meanwhile, I will try to wait patiently for spring to appear.
