This is pretty! I took a shot of the neighbor's pine and the needles are encased in ice...not as pretty! The snow seems gentle, while the ice just seems evil and scary although the sun shining on it gives a false bit of beauty.
What a beautiful snowy tree - kind of Christmas-y even though we're past the season! Looks like it wants some strings of popcorn and cranberries. Bet the birds would, too.
Thank you for visiting my blog...I hope you like it enough to take the time to comment. I enjoy comments so much, and always try to make a return visit.
Awesome photos. Dried up here before the cold. We just had rain, then real cold.

ReplyDeleteYep, you've definitely got snow, Rose. ;-)
ReplyDeleteI like the first one Rose - like a hand reaching out to catch the snow. :)

Beautiful Rose. My favorite snow pictures are of the evergreens. Glad you finally had a 'nice' snow... Wonder if we'll get one????

Beautiful pictures, Rose. Thanks for sharing your snow with us.
ReplyDeleteThe snow cover is so complete it makes a beautiful pattern with the needles sticking out. Fine shots.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Rose! Just came back from Florida - no snow there! Ha! :)

ReplyDeleteI like both of these, they need each other to make a complete image. Brrrrrr!
ReplyDeleteLovely photos, Rose. I like snow that looks like that, as long as I don't HAVE to be out in it.
