Yesterday I told you that the house had a satellite dish--above is the photo showing it. So, I think it has been lived in sometime in the past few years at the least.
These pictures are the barn that was in the one photo yesterday.
It is a huge barn....

This is from the other end. Notice how straight and true the lines are in it as well.Also, notice the sky in this last shot. Looks like someone used watercolor to paint it.
It's a handsome barn. I do hope someone plans to use it soon! I like the overhang (sort of like a bird's beak) at the front.

Think how great this place would be if it was painted and fixed up. That barn would be perfect for a Quilt Barn square :-)
ReplyDeleteThe stories that old barn and home could tell! I hate to see something that nice fall into disrepair, though there really is beauty in the falling apart process. (Wish that were true for we humans.)
