Saturday, Covington, Indiana was as far north as we went. I want to go back there and take more time...there were some old, beautiful homes. I would also like to photograph some of the business district...it is a pretty little town.
Thank you for visiting my blog...I hope you like it enough to take the time to comment. I enjoy comments so much, and always try to make a return visit.
Hi Rose, That little Methodist Church looks alot like the one in my hometown --which my family attended. I was married there (first marriage)....
ReplyDeleteBrings back memories.... Neat little church.. Looks like Covington is a neat little town.
Hugs,
Betsy
That is a beautiful church Rose. I always notice them when we drive through small towns.

ReplyDeleteI really like this photo. I love old churches and there are a lot of them here in Iowa.
ReplyDeleteI like the traditional lines of this elegant looking church. The windows have a nice appealing style to them. Nice shooting.
ReplyDeleteLove the second shot. Glad you could get it before the trees leaf out. The windows are lovely!
ReplyDeleteThis is a very pretty church. I'm not sure I've been to Covington before, so I hope you can show us more of the town.
ReplyDeleteThat's a very pretty church. Of course you know I have a bias for pictures like this. :)
ReplyDeleteVery neat photos of the church, Rose. Now I'm going to check a map to find out where Covington is!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty church. Some of my family are from Covington....Georgia. Also a small town.
ReplyDeleteLove to see old churches.
ReplyDeleteA very pretty church!! Nicely designed and captured.
ReplyDeleteAttractive church building. I think there was an era when all of the churches must have used the same architectural plans with minor variations...
