Fun times...

We took Miss Lorelei to the park yesterday....

As you can see she had a good time...

she never stayed in one spot very long but made the rounds to each thing a couple times.

I think when all is said and done, she would probably has sat the longest in the dirt if we had let her...

Can you tell she is growing?
********************
I miss her so bad once she leaves...yet have had two or three nights where I just haven't got any rest hardly...and have a couple things to do in the next couple of days. I hope I can get some sleep/rest the next few days, and maybe towards the end of the week go get her to come stay a couple days.....I think she will stay now with no problems. She goes non-stop all the time she is here...just such a little busy body. I wish I had half her energy.

Oh, she sat on my lap at one of my sewing machines. She discovered if she held in the needle up button that it would sew one stitch at a time...so she did some sewing while here. I hope this is a sign of things to come.

  6. What a beautiful smile! And how exciting, you will be a wonderful sewing teacher, and it will be something between the two of you that she will never forget. Anne Marie is getting a kids sewing machine for her birthday this month, she really wants one.

  11. she is getting tall! I like that bent over shot with the sand. This reminds me so much of when my son was little and I would put him in the bike seat and ride over to the park every day to play in the playground.
