Do you realize how long it had been since I had seen the fog rising to meet the day from my mountains???

I thought this song said it all....it first came out about the time I left Tennessee....so long ago.  I did not have plans to leave but would hear and the tears would just roll.  Be sure to watch all the way through for some beautiful scenery!

  3. Wonderful! We love that part of the country. We just passed through quickly on our way to FL from OH. Sunday we will go to sea for ten weeks. We won't be able to comment as often as when we are on land, but we will check in as often as possible.

    All the best,
    Lois

  10. I can sit at my sunroom window and watch the mist come up from the river behind us and filter through the woods. I love that sight.
Your lovely video we could just change the music to 'Take Me Home Country Roads' and I'd be the one teary eyed.
It's no wonder we became blogging friends Rose - we both like and feel the same things. :)
