Two from Sarah and Lorelei.....

This morning when I finally got on the computer, this pic awaited me from Sarah and Lorelei.  They found this white line sphinx this morn before Lorelei went to school  Look how big it is on Lorelei's hand.  Oh, Click and enlarge to see it better.
Then a few minutes ago, she had her mommy send me this one.  Notice the hands...that is her wordless 'I love you.'

This time tomorrow she will be here.  She has plans for us to go fishing.  She will be wanting to look for all kinds of bugs, etc.  When we go hiking or for a walk...she calls it 'traveling.'  Its "Hey, Mamaw, let's go traveling."

  5. How cute...traveling. Love the heart to say she loves you....does she like Taylor Swift? Taylor does that in her concerts. Lorelei is so brave to hold that huge moth!

  6. Those are the moths that lay the eggs, which turn into tomato worms. I didn't have any tomato worms in my garden this year, and ironically, I sort of missed them. So scary!!!

  7. I'm amazed she isn't afraid of it at all. My girls hate 'bugs'. They like looking but no touching.
I love that quilt she's snuggled in.

  10. That is a very large Moth. You have so much fun with Lorelei it makes me miss all the fun I had with my granddaughter, Kylee who is almost 20 now. They do grow up--darn it. Kylee and her Mom lived with us for so long and she was my side-kick and her Poppa's too.

Love the old house/church/school. Maybe just a house for some folk who wanted it to look fancy. Now you have to go back and poke around. Or google the address or search at the county accessors.
