Busy....

Just a little touch of beauty from the Windy Ridge day lily gardens near us....
***********
Spent last night taking Roger to ER....too tired to go into details.  They kept him over night, let him come home late this evening...they don't know what is causing the problem...they ran all kinds of tests.  Did say that he had had a stroke but that it had been long ago....

I want to whine and complain, but trying to just be thankful that he is home and so good, so far.  This was a second episode...it happened last week, but we did not go to ER, did not go to the dr.  He didn't want to end up in the hospital and miss our family reunion.

Yesterday, I had started my decluttering thing again...and actually got rid of quite a few things from the kitchen.  Some we donated to the Light House Mission and some went in the garbage.  I had manuals from things we don't even have...I had some seasonings that were ancient.  So into the garbage they went.

Hoping I can get myself psyched up to do more.   There is so much left to do.  Even though I have rid myself of so much stuff...I need to let go of more.  Seems like we have so much that just clutters up our lives.  For now, I am going to get off here and totally relax...

Sorry to hear about Roger.
Sure hope the doctors can figure out the ailment and he gets treated right away.

sorry to hear about Roger, hope he is ok today... it scares me silly when something goes wrong with Bob, he has had two heart attacks and 2 sureries, so if he acts strange i start freaking. good girl for decluttering.

Oh my, that's scary about Roger! Don't let him ignore those symptoms or episodes! Hope he's okay. I know what you mean about old spices...I went through my cupboards awhile back and threw out a lot of ancient ones. Guess I don't cook nearly enough.

A gorgeous flower close up. I hope Roger is much better. Don't ignore the symptoms Roger! That's what they tell me whether it's easy or not!

Sorry to hear about Roger. I hope the doc finds out what the problem is. Now you need to just relax yourself. No moredecluttering for now. Just take it easy and smile and hum a lot. It's good for the soul and try--try--not to worry. I am glad you all made it to the reunion no matter what.

Your picture looks like sunlight shooting out from the center of the lily. Please continue to let us know about Roger, will he be following up with his own doctor?? How is he feeling now? I am so sorry.

So very sorry to hear about Roger.
I hope the Dr. can find out what's wrong. The sooner the better.
I need to declutter as well but don't have the heart to start the process at the moment.

Trips to the ER are always scary and emotional. I pray that all will be well with your husband. I love the lily photo...it looks like a painting.
