I have one day lily blooming...not the one above...mine is in a place where I cannot get a good photo at all. But I am looking forward to watching them bloom for a while. It really extends the season to deadhead them.
So, I best be off and head down there and start the laundry....I have fabric to cut and seams to sew...all fun things to do. Even the laundry.
Isn't that the way....the prettiest flower is inaccessible for a shot. The one you posted looks very good.

May I say that I love the quilt in your blog banner? Please can you tell me what the quilting pattern is? I made a similar one in batiks, and I machine-quilted it using a stipple pattern. I don't have a long-arm machine so it was a bit difficult for a first project! Love your blog and look forward to learning more about you! Hope you'll stop by for a visit. -Vickie
ReplyDeleteSo pretty Rose, mine have have not bloomed yet and I can't wait till they do. We have finally gotten some rain and have not hung clothes up for a few days. I've been in the sewing room and loving it, I haven't done that in so long.
