This is another barn from our road trip in 2008. I just cannot resist posting it though I thought about saving it for Theresa's Good Fences. Remember you can click on the photos to expand the view.
It is beautiful weather here in Indiana...lots of blue skies and sunshine. And I for one am happy to have them. Days and days of clouds really get to me. I am a person that needs lots and lots of sunshine.
Sunshine is important to me too. I guess the farmer sells some of his produce in that barn.
ReplyDeleteThe barns construction provides a fine area for this large sign. I hope that means that the barn will be maintained and have a long life.
ReplyDeletelovely old barn and me to on the sunshine
ReplyDeleteCool old barn!
ReplyDeleteThis is very cool, I wish I could go inside. Is it still a market? Love all the green and the light blue sky, too.
ReplyDeleteI remember being in Illinois in the winter, especially January and February, when the sun seldom came out and it was so cold. Ugh! Love the barn. I remember when it was common to have advertising on barn roofs. Wonder how much the farmers made for allowing the ad?
ReplyDeleteWhat a big barn. Great photo, Rose.
ReplyDeleteI need the sunlight too. I have a floor lamp that sits beside my chair in winter time that simulates sun light!
I never get tired of looking at barns. Great picture.
ReplyDeleteI love big beautiful barns. It's nice to take photos of them...some don't last. And I retired to Florida to enjoy the sunshine. It makes me feel so much better! Happy Fall! Hugs, Diane
ReplyDeleteGreat barn! Glad you are having sunny nice weather!
ReplyDeleteI like it. Isn't it nice to be enjoying some late summer or rather early fall sunshine.
