As we headed north, no one was behind us and Roger paused in the road for me to snag a half decent picture of this barn. At one time it was in need of some TLC and the owners gave it a lot of love.
If you will look close, you can tell that it is an old, old barn. Built in 1867!
And one more barn from the road...
I'd say that barn got a LOT of love :)) So glad to see that, the barn next door to us is going to come down soon and it makes me sad to see that.
ReplyDeleteWe've been by that barn many times, love that they've restored it so lovingly!
ReplyDeletelove the one more barn for the road.. made me laugh.. i love your barn shots. they did a great job loving that big barn.
ReplyDeleteThere is something so intriguing to me about barns, and I really enjoy seeing pictures of them. It's hard to keep them in good shape with paint, etc.
ReplyDeleteI love the barns in your part of the world. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful red structures!
ReplyDeleteRose, I especially like that second barn photo!!
ReplyDeleteThe barn is in excellent condition when you consider it is nearly a century and-a-half years old!
ReplyDeleteAlways love your barn pics.
