Wednesday we were left McDonald's and headed home. We were not but a 3 or 4 minutes from there and I spotted a Bald Eagle...
And then there were two! I quickly pulled well off the highway and got out snapped a few pics, but these were the only two I got half in focus.
Wow! You sure have lots of bald eagles around there. I have never seen even ONE in the wild.
ReplyDeleteIncredible to see two and snap a photo.
ReplyDelete...a sight that I never see here!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shots.
ReplyDeleteour traffic scares me so bad, there could be 10 eagles in the sky and I would miss them. this is exciting to see them on the way from micky dees....
ReplyDeleteHandsome capture there. I've never seen one up close and personal.
ReplyDeleteExcellent, Rose. I love to take Eagle pictures. Mostly they are fuzzy---LOL

Always a thrill to see a Bald Eagle. The blue sky is a perfect backdrop.
ReplyDeleteLucky you!I've only seen an eagle once and he was perched in a tree along a busy interstate. Still, it was difficult not to slam on the brakes. :(
ReplyDeleteSuch majestic birds, and what lovely blue skies.
ReplyDeleteWonderful picture of the eagles. Nice that you got to see two of them flying together.
ReplyDeleteYou did a good job. I have not had much success with birds or butterflies. I got a nice shot of a turtle once lol. It's always special to spot a bald eagle.
ReplyDeleteWe now live east of a good size lake and every once in a while we see them soar over. MY wife usually sees them as the driver can't look around much. I am glad you got some shots.
ReplyDeleteEagles are beautiful birds. We don't get to see eagles where I live.
ReplyDeleteGreat captures!!
