A few snow geese..

We were coming home and passing the strip pits when I noticed a few snow geese and white fronted geese...we drove down the road to get close.  I wish I could do better at holding steady, but still you get the idea.  It is not near as many as early 2017, but still fun to see.

  2. Such a huge flock! I think you did extremely well holding steady! I have never seen a White Fronted Goose.

  5. Oh wow, that's absolutely amazing. I have seen nature videos and photos of this kind of thing, but never seen it with my own eyes. Great video Rose!

  6. Well, I had to go Google Snow Geese. I'm pretty sure I might have seen one once. Mostly we have Mallard and Canadian, but once when driving by an apartment water retaining pond I saw a different duck and it might have been a Snow Goose. Cool video.
    Merry Christmas
