Former draft

I did not know what to post here tonight...I could not think if I had taken any snapshots or not.  I thought I will see what is in the drafts and found this.  I have missed being where I could see these blooms.  I just simply love them.

I did vacuum today. How many times do you vacuum a week?  I don't know if this is good or bad or if I should be embarrassed to admit it, but I only vacuum once now that we just have Copper.  When we had both him and Delta, I had to vacuum at least twice.  And now with my cordless, it will be easier if I have to vacuum up something in the kitchen.  You know how you sometimes drop something or spill something.  I hated dragging out the big vacuum for that.  Not that I did it often.

I did some laundry and I just came down from working on my quilt a few minutes ago.  I think I did 4 or 5 circles and a half circle....there will be half circles along the edge.  I cannot think how many I have done.  I did not go up at all yesterday.

Sarah and Lorelei came by for a little bit....Lorelei had been to eye dr for new contacts....so they stopped by here on the way home.

That is about all I can think of right now...I still have not opened another puzzle but it is getting harder to resist.  LOL

  1. Those lightweight cordless ones do not make it such a chore anymore. I don't really have a schedule. I just vacuum whenever I think it needs it. This is a beautiful Allium, right?

  2. We normally vacuum about once a week, but lately I've not been able to do it (with my back issues) so it gets left until I start grizzling and then one of my sons will do it.

  3. I don't know what that flower is but it sure is pretty. I pretty much just vacuum when I notice it needs it. I don't follow a schedule.

  4. open that puzzle, sew that quilt, those are my orders should you choose to accept them.
about dry spills in kitchen, I use straw broom/dust pan and then have a tiny hand held vac to get the rest. We vac and mop tiles once a week, on the same day for 40 years. I do sweep the kitchen a few times a week.
If the dropped item is edible, Beau cleans it up. he loves when an egg is dropped, yesterday, I was pouring the grease off of cooked burger, while making spagetti sauce. some of the burger fell on the counter and off onto the floor. when he was done I did not even have to wipe it up. he is a floor vac

  5. The flower is pretty! I usually sweep with the broom more than I vacuum. Take care, enjoy your day!

  6. Really pretty flower and bravo at keeping at the quilt. A little bit at a time is better than none at all.
I really vacuum when needed. Don't keep a schedule.

  8. Do you know what kind of flower that is? It's quite impressive.

  10. It’s a beautiful flower, such a pretty color! I can’t do the vacuuming and it’s getting a bit dusty around here. I keep hearing dust if you must in my head but don’t have any excuses like kids at home :) when I can move around a bit more I will have to get cracking.
