First of all, our daughter that lives in St. Louis sent me this one last week:
Delta was a happy camper...her mom had to work from home part of the day.
Then today, Lorelei started sending me pics of their babies.
Poor old Otto...he is getting old. I am not sure when he was born but I think in 2007 or 2008. He was a puppy that belonged to neighbor but kept coming to their house. After about the 3rd time of taking him home, they asked the people did they really want him. They didn't, so Sarah and Jeremy just kept him.
And above is Rosie...she is approximately 5 yrs. old.
And of course there is Kitty Soft Paws. She is a little sweetheart.
************
I have 3 more leaves finished...
We had some sun peeping in and out...was porch sitting temperatures. It is wonderful to be outside without having to wear a jacket.
Rosie is so cute! And it's been a long time since I saw kitty Soft Paws!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely line-up of pictures of your grand-fur babies!!
ReplyDeleteYour leaves are gorgeous! I was just thinking today when I was out walking how much I like not having to wear a coat. Of course, we will surely have more chilly mornings before spring is over.
ReplyDeleteAh, I love your grand pets! They got some good close up pictures, especially of Kitty Soft Paws! You have the prettiest fabric. I can't wait to see all the leaves put together.

ReplyDeletepets are really coming into their own as mental health savers for many! Love your darlings, and how good of your family to share them with you so that we get a share too &*> YAM xx
Here, it's been shorts weather (close to a high of 90°). I can hardly wait for you to lay out all your leaves together to show us what the finished work will look like.
ReplyDeleteIMHO, fur babies are the best!
we don't have a porch, but our backyard is where we are sitting and it is nice. so this is Delta the TV watching dog. so beautiful and I love all these photos... Otto makes me think of Big Boy... and Soft Paws makes me think of Sheldon on Big Bang.
ReplyDeletePets are also part of the family. Pets make good company. Stay safe, Rose.
ReplyDeleteWhat wonderful fur babies!!! They are all so precious. Pretty and handsome!!
ReplyDeleteHave been loving getting outside a bit and turning off the heat.
Lovely fur babies. I really love it that you are getting pictures from the kids of their furry family friends. I really like those oranges on the fabric background you have chosen.

ReplyDeleteThat warm spring sunshine is so uplifting .
ReplyDeleteOh goodness, adorable pics of the fur-family. And your quilting is admired by me always. Very pretty leaves.
ReplyDeleteawesome fur-baby pics...
ReplyDeletebut also more awesome for the mixed media artist - that cloth with the writing on that houses another leaf...
Rose, you are blessed with sweet grandfurbabies! I hope you get to enjoy them often!💖
ReplyDeleteI like all the fur babies.
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy pictures of other people's fur babies. How people can live without an animal meeting them at the door when they get home from a hard day is beyond my understanding.
