New member


 Our Lorelei has a new ...

a baby Russian Tortoise.


Little does it know what a good home it has found.

This is finished but I have no place to hang it to get a decent photo of the whole quilt.  It has rained the past two days so I cannot hang it on the clothesline.  Maybe one day next week we will have some clear weather.

    Wow, may not be the best picture of the quilt but it sure shows off your quilting. I have such a difficult time with swirls, yours look wonderful!

    Lorelei's turtle is a cutie! I had a small pet turtle when I was a child.
    Your quilt sure is pretty! You do beautiful quilting on your quilts!

    the quilt is really beautiful. I have watched Lorelie grow from Toddler to a young lady and she always has that beautiful smile. she is such a happy person. if i could hold this turtle i would be smiling too...

    I read that Russian Tortoises can live up to 50 years, so it is indeed one very lucky tortoise!
