Had this for a long time...

I have had this in my camera for a long time and just last night downloaded it...I thought when I took it that it would better than the one from my phone iposted a while back...now I am not so sure.  It is one of the hydrangeas my daughter has.

*************
I am doing quick posts before giving meds.  My lamp came late yesterday...I tried it yesterday evening and I think it is going to work great.  I was so busy all day long yesterday, that when night came I was too tired to stitch a single stitch.  But I am going to try in a bit I think.  I did have time to sit today and stitch for at least an hour and a half.

Tell me...have any of you became all thumbs with age?  I do think today was part because my hands were so cold, but know I accidentally unthreaded the needle two or three times.  Thankfully, someone pointed out a needle threader that has a light...I cannot find it on amazon now.  Anyway, it is a real help.

And I have a Clover Dome needle case that is another handy gadget...I can set and load up to 10 needles with thread, and put them in it and wind up the thread...it keeps the thread untangled, and I can just reach and get one instead of having to stop and hunt out everything out of the sewing box and thread a needle.  I usually do 6 or 7 and it doesn't take much more time than to do one.

Anyway, it was so enjoyable to have even the daylight to stitch by today.  I am hoping to put in more time after meds...

  1. Type Lighted Needle Threader into the search box on amazon and they have them. The Hydrangea color is gorgeous! I have never heard of this needle case, what a great idea!

  2. I think I want to finish a quilt just so I can sit and relax doing the hand binding. I've never been able to under people who don't like to do the hand sewing. It's very therapeutic.
