Click to enlarge photo! This is the same barn I posted earlier in the week...just taken at a different time...I could not believe my eyes when I saw what was in the barn when I actually took this photo. I remembered taking it, but had not remembered the cat. And it WAS a cat in the picture earlier this week...I double checked on both and then rechecked again before I posted this picture.
Edited to add: I had to go to the dentist (oral surgeon) in Indianapolis today to have a tooth removed. I have not got to visit everyone as I normally do...but will get back to normal here shortly I hope.
Feeling much better today--just thought I would crop the originals and post here....hope everyone chances back by to see that one is a cat and one is a possum.

That's the greatest old barn but I wouldn't want to go inside. No telling what else is in there. The cat is kind of eerie looking!
ReplyDeleteRose, I hope your dental appt wasn't bad.
The car really does look like a possum! Especially because you can see a bit of pink where the feet/paw would be.
ReplyDeleteIt really is a possum! When I said I double checked the pictures, I was checking to make sure the cat was a cat...not that the possum wasn't a cat.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you chimed in here, I kept thinking possum too and kept going back to it. I feel better now.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Dot - love the old barn, but maybe just from the outside!
Another good barn shot! I thought it was a possum at first. Good luck on the tooth.
ReplyDeleteOh, so THAT's a possum. I don't think I've ever seen one before.
ReplyDeleteI hope you were a good girl at the dentist's office. That's not my favourite place to visit, but I know that when you need to go you better behave. ;-)
I do not know that much about you Possums, but I'll try and read up on them.
ReplyDeleteOooh, he looks cute up there. Had a possum encounter a couple of years ago. Had one caught in a trash can. They are soooo ugly close up and have BIG teeth. They also do not like to be caught in the bottom of a trash can!
ReplyDeleteLooks like you have been enjoying some interesting company! Great shots! Love that old barn!
