Art is where you find it....

Click photo to enlarge.
This is from the slide collection. So it was taken several years ago. Imagine being out in the middle of nowhere and coming around the bend to this view. That is what we did. I am not sure I could find this again, and even if I could, I wonder would it still be there. I really thought it was beautiful, and that someone was a good artist. I cannot imagine painting something this size.

That was a nice find. Beautiful and unusual.
Have you ever wished you could get "into" a photo and look around? That's the way I feel about your header picture.
Thanks for the birthday wishes!

This is really nice Rose. I too wonder if it would still be there considering that hole in the roof back then.
Somebody took a lot of time and did a great job.

That is very different. It must stand out like a sore thumb which causes you to see it instantly. A nice photograph.

How beautiful! I think more people should do things like this. I know an elderly lady who paints flowers all over her garage and invites anyone who wants to, to add a flower :-)

The roof may be in bad shape, but the wall looks great. A real art find.

Thanks for sharing,
Troy and Martha
