I have been working on a couple things and not been visiting any of the blogs I normally do...and my niece came down Sunday morn.
I did finish this apron for Sarah...I think I finished it Saturday. We went down there this morn till my niece could see Lorelei...Lorelei got her first shots today. She cried when she got them...I might have cried myself if I had seen her cry.
I will get back to visiting in a day or two, I hope. But for now, I have work to do.
Oh what a cute apron, Rose. I love it --and love those colors. You are just so talented!!!!!
ReplyDeleteGlad you and your niece got to see Lorelei...
I always feel so sorry for kids when they get their shots.
Hugs,
Betsy
Love the apron! Is it hard to make? Poor Lorelei and all the adults that cried with her :-(
ReplyDeleteRose, that is a cute apron. Looks like something that mom would have made.
ReplyDeleteThat is a fancy apron. Mom's aprons she made from flour sack material. Can you believe that.
ReplyDeleteNice job on the apron, Rose!
ReplyDeleteYes, I'd have cried to see Lorelei cry too. But in the long run it's a good thing. ;-)
I love your apron!!!!
ReplyDeleteCute apron! Enjoy your blog vacation.
ReplyDeleteCute apron Rose! It reminds me of a lady who worked in the restaurant in town when I was growing up. She had a gorgeous array of aprons that she wore.
ReplyDeleteI was with Lily when she got her first shots and I'm not ashamed to say I cried. I couldn't stand that it hurt her. :)
