Eugene, Indiana covered bridge

Taken April 21 of this year....you can tell we have had a lot of rain.   And it continues to rain.  I thought the rain was supposed to just be scattered showers today, but it has been a fine rain since I got up an hour or so ago.  I guess there will be no hanging out clothes today.

I am ready to head for therapy.  I am hoping to get to sit down at the sewing machine some today.  I am anxious to work on the crumb quilt top.  It will take quite a bit more sewing but I am up for the job.

  3. I LOVE the covered bridge! And the picture is even better with all the water, but I hope it didn't damage anything. It has been raining here all day, too.

  5. Wow that is a lot of water in that creek. We have had a lot of rain the last few days too. I just wish the sun would sun for a wee while.

  6. So that's where all the water is! We've been wondering where it all went to!

  7. That is a wonderful and yet very dramatic shot! I hope the waters recede soon.

  8. I guess your rain must be one reason Lake Ontario is so high right now. The water was too low last year and now it's very high. What a difference!
