things that make the heart skip a beat...
What are the things that make your heart skip a beat and the juices start flowing when you see them...I think most of us have things we photograph over and over and over. There are several for me, but right now I am eagerly awaiting fall color. I am so in hopes that it is a good year.
I love how in the fall there seems to be more clouds like these above...
And of course winter follows fall...I don't look forward to the cold but I do the snow...
These and so much more make me feel alive! What are the things that trip your trigger...or rather snap your shutter?

The first picture is very pretty, but the last picture is amazing, like a great artist! Or something you would see in Life magazine.
ReplyDeletethose are some gorgeous clouds! :)
ReplyDeleteFall is my favorite time of year, so I'm always on the hunt for fall foliage photos.
ReplyDeleteThe green of spring . . .
ReplyDeleteFall colors . . .
Snow, red berries, spruce and pine and pine cones . . .
Tiny fingers and toes . . .
Smiles . . .
They "flip my switch . . ."
I liked this post . . .
anything from bugs in the pool to leaves on the trees makes my shutter snap.. but i do love sky and flowers a lot...
ReplyDeleteThis is a hard question for me, Rose. It might be easier for me to say what DOESN'T snap my shutter. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm with EG. I snap at most anything. I like Autumn but winter here is usually wet and gloomy and we seldom get any snow.
ReplyDeleteThe Vine Maples here are already turning red--The first to do so and always in August and every year people say we will have a bad winter because the leaves are turning so early---but it happens every August. People get with it--LOL!

Definitely animals. All kinds. Then there is the garden and all sorts of things in nature.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful....ALL seasons!!
ReplyDeleteGood Morning, Rose. LIke you, I adore fall color. I love the crisp blue sky and the colorful leaves and the last of the butterflies.
ReplyDeleteI love your photos. You are really talented.
I love each one of these images!
ReplyDeleteWhat snaps my shutter? Ha! Just about anything, but got a really LUCKY photo of a fawn yesterday. It was all by itself walking down the middle of Hwy. 39 in Starke County. Thank God there was no other traffic and Mike was already slowed down because I was shooting photos of a barn as we were driving by. He told me to look up the road. We very slowly approached. It finally heard our car and walked off the road and into the field of corn. It turned and looked at us as Mike stopped the car so I could get a few more photos. As soon as it heard my shutter release, it scampered off into the corn field. No idea why it was alone.
