Etc.

I have posted this graph before...but it so fits my day.  Actually could have used it one day this weekend.  Between the two days, I have spent hours looking for this piece of organza or voile...don't really know which it is.  I think organza.  I have had it for years, and used a little bit of it.   And I wanted to use it in an fabric collage thing I have been meaning to try for ages.  But could I find it..no!  I have always kept it in a drawer, not with my quilting fabric.

This little critter is still living in my flower garden.  I think it is just a tiny bit fatter than when shown here.  I wish I could figure a way to show you its web.  it is almost as if it has built it as a cage around itself.  there is web in front of it and there is the web behind it.

My hyacinth bean....I don't know who the resident is.  I did not notice it when I took the picture.

  1. Love the photos. That is such a great photo of the spider! He is very handsome as spiders go. Things were getting a little untidy around here. I had a frenzy-like clean up and when I went to find one of these things I could not for the life of me remember where I had put it. I guess it will turn up when I lose something else that I am looking for :)

  4. I know the frustration of looking for things! Yesterday I hunted and hunted for some tickets I was sure someone gave me in June. Turns out, I didn't have them at all. Finally I remembered who still had them. OOPS!

  6. Oh my can I relate to the "looking for things". I seem to be doing that all the time. I'm not a spider person, but that shot is wonderful!

  8. Time spent looking for things...the story of my life! lol! BG and I both can never find anything. We put something away and tell ourselves that we'll remember where it is, but rarely do remember.

I don't like spiders, but that shot is terrific!

  10. I spent almost 2 years looking for a roll of ribbon I knew I had bought but couldn't find. I looked everywhere and then one day I happened to notice it sitting right in the ribbon box where it had been all along!

Love that spider shot, it's a very cool looking spider.
