A few stitches...

You can click here to see the whole thing...I have had this little piece and its twin made for several years and never done anything with them.  So, since they are made of batiks and daughters quilt top is made of batiks, I thought I would play with quilting on it to see if there seemed to be any special problems.    So far, only operator errors have emerged.

We have a skim of snow and it is cold out there!   I don't look forward to tomorrow...we have to head out of town in the morn, then come home and go to Terre Haute.  But Terre Haute is for fun...

I sound like you are struggling a big with your quilting. Maybe you have too much on your mind....like cold weather. It's in the 60's here in Oregon. We often get a surge of spring like weather about now. I like the design on your quilt block.

Love the quilting you did. It has dropped in temps here and will keep falling by the weekend :(

Very pretty Rose. I love the color combination. We are due for snow tomorrow but I don't think it will be as bad as before. Have a great week :)

Are you doing the machine quilting freehand or following a path you've drawn on the fabric. Whichever method you've done, it looks good.
