A bit of a catch-up

First I give you grandpup Rosie...Lorelei's little dog.  She just loves her family so much.  Sarah was trying to do some work from home one evening, and could not get any peace till she made Rosie a bed close to her in the office/craft area.

And below is Copper trying to snuggle with Delta.

I think if I were Delta I would be losing my patience.  But she seldom does.

********

Roger is still not normal.  He is definitely better than he was for a bit. But wish he could just feel what is normal for him.

***********

Their scent was so strong it smelled up the whole house.  I even wondered was it causing Roger's headache..

I finished this puzzle sometime last week.  It took me forever, but there were days I did not even touch it.  But dark greens are the hardest color for me to work.

It was one of those with the crazy pieces.  Which normally don't bother me.  But on this puzzle I thought I had lost a piece to the very end.  And we won't mention the time I spent looking and looking for one piece, only to find it UNDER an extra lamp I set on the puzzle for extra light.

Can you find the car?  I did find it with relative ease.  But have been looking for another photo where I had to have Lorelei find what I was looking for.  I cannot remember where I seen it.  But it was Simon's Cat running with a bunch of Dalmatians.

  4. The fur babies are all so adorable! I'm so sorry to hear Roger still isn't back to his normal self. The strong scent of the flowers could definitely be causing headaches. Could you give them to your daughter for a few days to see if it makes a difference? Love the puzzle you finished, really pretty. I somehow spotted the car right away. I'm usually not good at that kind of stuff. I hope you have a great week and hope you get to the root of whatever is going on with Roger. Hugs!

  6. I have not been able to find the car. This puzzle looks like 1,000 pieces, and it looks hard! I don't remember ever seeing Rosie, is she new?

I love the little dog and I am not usually in love with little dogs, Ilike the big ones like Copper and Delta, but this little one is ultra appealing and i would love to hug her. the thing is little ones don't usualy like strangers.. adorable. sorry Roger is not back to his normal self. is he still dizzy?
still smiling at the lamp on the puzzle piece... can't tell you how many times do things like that.

  12. Rosie looks so cute sitting up there on her blanket! I am really sorry to hear that Roger is still not feeling good. Does he have any allergies? I know a few people that get headaches from certain kinds of plants especially if they have a lot of pollen. I sure hope he gets better soon. That is just the prettiest puzzle I have seen in a long time! I found the car on the picture. Those kind of things are fun. You and Roger take care!

  13. Your potted Spring flowers are doing so well. Hyacinths smell so heavenly but my DH finds them a bit overpowering.
For some reason I saw that little car almost right away.
    Take care

  15. I can not find the car! :) Sure easy to tell the dogs in your family are loved. What a sweet bunch they are. That is a beautiful puzzle!

  16. All your dogs look so contented and well loved. I'd guess the flowers could cause Roger's problems. It once took me about 5 years to work out it was my best friend's perfume that was giving me a headache every time I saw her. Well done with the puzzle and yes, I've had a similar experience with a missing piece.

  23. I just wanted to add that I do watch Kate at The Last Homely House. She was one of the first of such sites that I discovered. Since I don't do much handwork I naturally prefer the posts about tidying up ( Love to organize) and come Spring when she works in her large garden.

  25. I don't understand people who like to work on puzzles. My sister and mother would work together on them for days. I tried to join them but it would drive me crazy. Glad someone likes to do it because I don't!
