From Poland

From Poland, Indiana....
This was a little church we passed on the way to the falls the other day...I really hope you will click on at least the one above to get the best view.

I'm too tired to have much to say or to even visit. My niece left for home late this evening. I have something I am working on that is taking all my spare time. You will laugh when you find out what it is....maybe even think I am crazy. Right now I sort of wonder about myself.

  2. It's a lovely chapel and the photos are great. I'd love to go to church there some time. So much like the little rural church my family went to in Ohio.

  3. I'm glad i clicked on the first image. It takes the larger version to do justice to the image. I like the composition and the detail available when it's enlarged. Fine series.

  5. Hi Rose, I love that little church. I've always been interested in churches ---especially old ones like that. That is an incredible little church..

Can't wait to hear what you are working on... Probably it's something for the baby!!!

    Hugs,

  6. I have a church on view, it's very old... but I do not think it is as beautiful as this one... a lot of our grave yards are in a bad state and not looked after like this one seems to be.. Great set of pictures

    Have a great Easter weekend

  10. Your pictures are outstanding.

Unfortunately, this chapel was damaged by an arson fire recently (mid-June). Here is a link to the news story.

  12. One has to wonder what possesses people to be so destructive...it was a beautiful place. Actually, I like the color photo best, but that's just a personal preference.

Re your comment on Ocala DP: I can't imagine you couldn't do just about anything you set your mind to do!
