But I have never seen this quite before. A log used as a planter! I think it is a pretty cool idea...

I sat and worked on my binding on the little quilt last night....I could actually have stayed up all night sewing on it. I forget just how much I enjoy sitting and sewing by hand. Being that it is just a tad bit less 5 ft. each way, I have it over half done. I am itching to get it done and start on some new project.
really cool, i like them all, would like to have the stump plantere
ReplyDeleteI like the planters created with old logs. Good idea;.

I just cant resist yard art! In fact I have that dragonfly! I am always dragging rocks and logs home for the yard! Whatever makes me happy, makes hubby happy! :)
ReplyDeleteNice photos - I like the butterflies, and especially that log planter!! Nice idea.
ReplyDeleteThese are so nice, I wonder how much one would cost?
ReplyDeleteI like yard art too.
ReplyDeleteI used to sew for the girls when they were little and used to stay up half the night just enjoying myself. Now was it the sewing I liked or the time all alone. Hmmmmm.

I like the rusty metal butterfly! You are nearly done with another project and already itching to start the next - very cool, Rose!
ReplyDeleteI can only do so much hand stitching on binding in one sitting. My fingers start to complain loudly after that.
ReplyDeleteThat log planter is a great idea!
ReplyDeleteThat really is a neat idea. I'll have to have Jim go out and check the woods for any trees cut up like this, and possibly hollowed out.
ReplyDeleteThe planter is cool :)
