Eagles from Wed, November 22

Wednesday we were left McDonald's and headed home.  We were not but a 3 or 4 minutes from there and I spotted a Bald Eagle...

And then there were two!  I quickly pulled well off the highway and got out snapped a few pics, but these were the only two I got half in focus.

  1. Wow! You sure have lots of bald eagles around there. I have never seen even ONE in the wild.

  8. Lucky you!I've only seen an eagle once and he was perched in a tree along a busy interstate. Still, it was difficult not to slam on the brakes. :(

  11. You did a good job. I have not had much success with birds or butterflies. I got a nice shot of a turtle once lol. It's always special to spot a bald eagle.

  12. We now live east of a good size lake and every once in a while we see them soar over. MY wife usually sees them as the driver can't look around much. I am glad you got some shots.
