Smile!

This is on of the latest of Copper and Delta....Copper was just too tired to make it the rest of the way up the stairs.  It makes me want to giggle.  Delta is such a patient girl.

Here is the other...I don't know what he is looking at.   I don't know why I didn't ask.  But he only has his ears up like that when he is really interested in something.    He went to the vet last Friday.  He weighed 22 lbs around October 18...I think that was the day she got him and she took him to the vet shortly after.  Then last Friday he weighed 45.7 lbs.  He is a growing boy!

I am slowly trying to get ready for Christmas...the kids will do the cooking except homemade noodles were requested.

Just thought I would show a couple ornaments.

************

I leave you with this little graph that I show every so often.  Usually after a day of hunting for things.  I won't tell what the item was that I thought I must be crazy.  Ends up I had put in the drawer below the one I normally use.

Then I started to get the cards ready for the girls...I could not find them.  I made myself calm down and look again where I thought I had put them.  They had slid behind the books.

    Pretty and unique ornaments.
Goodness, I can be sitting in my chair, lay the pen down, and within 2 minutes I can't find it. I swear there is a mystery vortex of "let's cause chaos"!!!!!!

  9. That diagram is me to a T.

I told a friend that you should be able to bounce a quarter off my butt from the number of times I go back up (or down) the steps finding what I just had a minute ago.

Cooper is still adorable!!! Love those pups.

  13. Home made noodles!! YUM!! My grandmother used to make them all the time. I must have watched her a hundred times. Whenever I tried they ended up just lumps of mushy boiled dough.

  14. apparently the reason we can't find things - has to do with "doors" - we do through them to get something and the "door" extracts it from your mind. Maybe you've just added "drawers" to the reasoning!

    Happy Holidays everyone...

  15. Haha, I am constantly losing things. I am slowly learning that putting things in "safe" places means I will never find them again.
Such interesting ornaments, and I love the pups :)

  18. Love the graph. Finding where I put something out of harms way is so tiring. I just know where things are when I leave a mess. Put away might mean lost forever. haha
Merry Christmas to you and your family. We are not doing much just hanging out. Nobody wants to do anything. Well we did host a dinner for 3 of Bob's kids who happened to be here the first of this week. Out of towners.
Hopefully everyone is safe and healthy.
    Enjoy your family

  20. Love the dogs' photos. They have big ears and very attentive ones too. I really thought the butterfly was real. I too spend most of my time looking for things or going up and down trying to remember what I wanted to get. No cooking for me today (Christmas eve). We went out for lunch with old friends (forgot to snap photos) and will be going out for dinner with another old friends. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2021 to you and family.
