A Copper update...

I just posted this over on my photo blog.  I am posting it here, too, cause some that visit here do not visit there and those there do not visit here.  And some of you are kind enough to visit both.

Every time I look at this one I smile...be sure and expand the view till you can see his eyes.  He is continually doing something.  Then just has to crash  for a bit.

This is an edit his mom did of him from the photo below.

And not to leave Delta out..below is an edited photo of her:

************
I had to take our Rav in for shocks today...I know they have been needed for at least a month and a half.  Maybe a bit more.  Really needed.  Just had things we were doing that I did not want to take time to get them done.  The appt was at 10:00, but they were a man short.  It was after 1:00 before I got home.

But let me tell you about this place.  I have left money laying in the car more than once, not a lot.  But still it is always there when I get back in the car.  I did not really plan it...just happened to notice it.  Also, I went in thinking I might need shocks and struts...no, they said I only needed shocks.  They could have easily taken advantage of me.

And the funny thing, there has been twice we had an appt....and one of them we were going through the drive thru first, so was out early.  And the other one we were just leaving a little bit early.  But both times we went out and had a tire going real low and have gone to this place, and they have fixed the flat right away.  And we were able to get to the appts on time.

It really makes me feel good to know they are honest.

  5. That first pose reminds me of our cat. She will lie on the ground and roll her head around like that to look at me. She is inviting me to get down on the floor with her to play. I often do get on the floor and play with her. Getting down is easy. Getting back up is a different story!

  7. So wonderful to have a place, where you know you will get service and they are honest....

I added a pic of our Granddaughter's engagement ring, to my last post... It is a jeweler's picture, and not on her finger, but you can see the ring, and that's what counts. -smile-

About your comment not showing up......I did not get back on line, on Sat., and that is probably why, it was not showing... Until today, I hope.

    Warm Winter Wishes...

  9. What a photogenic pair of adorable pups!❤ Roger has a garage that he takes our vehicles to that are also trustworthy. I have a habit of collecting change from drive thru fast food windows until it overflows then I put it in my big change jar. Of course, on the Island we don't have such places so I am not contributing much to my change jar here. I am saving my change to some day upgrade to a better camera. I was lucky enough to receive some cash for Christmas and my birthday so that will help build the pot. I hope to get the camera before I am to old to enjoy it, lol!💖

  10. How cute! He looks so human on the couch. I love the picture of Delta. She looks really happy. If you have an honest mechanic hang on to him! I'm always worried about being taken advantage of with car issues. Enjoy your day!

  13. The second and I think it's the 4th or 5th ( the edited pics) would make great photos to have enlarged and hang on the wall.

  17. Wish I’d had a place like that when I needed them years ago. I lost my rings and watch.

  18. 2 lovely takeouts from this post - how dogs are so flexible and then also so still when they are in positions that we might truly slide right out of, if are in what feels like awkwardness - and secondly: great service centre where they care.

  21. great doggie shots. so cute. hey, if you go on the google (or whatever u use to search the net, this bit i am going to share with you came from Bing search engine: "Another one of the dangers of treated railroad ties is inhalation. If you have old railroad ties on your property that you want to get rid of, you should never burn them. Burning can release toxins in the air, which can be dangerous to respiratory health. You should also avoid inhaling sawdust from creosote treated wood."
