Yard art


This was taken several years ago at at Day Lily farm just north of where I used to live.  I love things like this.  They did not have a lot of art, just a piece here and there.  None of it was for sale.  But they had hundreds of varieties of day lilies.  Since then, it has went out of business.  I do not know if they moved, or had health issues or what.

******It felt like fall, today.  And even sounds like it.  And I haven't even heard the geese.  I wish I really was a poet, I would probably write about autumn at least half the time.  

I have did bits of this and that today...have not accomplished a lot but have been busy.   I do find that I pick up my cordless vac and do the hardwood floors just whenever I feel like it.  I never really noticed the weight much before using it, but when using it, it is so much lighter to maneuver around...I just could hardly believe it.  And I don't have to move the cord from here to there. and then somewhere else.

We had BLTs for supper...one of my favorite things in life..  

I need to get Roger a snack now, and head upstairs to feed the kitty...not sure I will do anything more as I am ready to just sit a spell.

    Well, I just cannot tell if this is real or not! Because you say "yard art" I am thinking it is not real, and is a yard decoration.

    it still feels like summer during the day here but the evenings are getting cooler which I like.

    sit a spell and hold Kittie. love the lily art. looks like metal from here. I have not one whit of poet and I know it. ha ha.. I do like to rhyme silly stuff. BLT is my favorite sandwich unless you count a burger as a sandwich and that is my favorite... I love the club BLT in resutrants

    Go ahead and Sit a Spell ... that's good for the soul.
    umm I love BLT's too.
    I haven't heard any geese yet either. Maybe its because it will be 100F today. So much for Fall !!!

    That is a nice piece of yard art!! BLT's are something we really like a lot too. Glad you're liking your vacuum. I used mine today too. :)

    We love BLT's too. Wonder if there is anybody who doesn't like a BLT? I would like to know, wouldn't you? :) I sure get tired of vacuuming. With Eli and Ellie inside I have to keep the hair vacuumed up.
