Photo from my daughter

I think we must be the squirrel whisperers...she comes daily, sometimes more than daily.  For pecans.

Copper wants to chase her, so we try to watch when letting him out to make sure she is either not around, or that she sees him.

Not much going on here...just the same old stuff.  Laundry, vacuuming, cooking, etc.  I am thankful to be able to do these things that need doing for the  most part.

During my absence from blogging, I thought of you guys every time I ran across videos like the one below.

  1. I did sooo much cleaning today as well. And then more to do tomorrow. Was able to make a nice supper too so that was nice. Instant Pot did most of the work. Great shot of the little critter. How cute is he?????

  3. Those squirrels know where to go. I have a couple that run up to me every day and beg at my feet for their peanuts. Just so much fun and such trust and sweetness.

  10. Someday I'd like to see a real life Roadrunner!!
Squirrels are not welcome in my yard because they dig in my flowerbeds and busy nuts and at the same time dig out flowers :(
Miss Kitty should be patrolling but is not too reliable.

  11. Cute squirrel picture your daughter took and sweet of you all to take care of it when letting Copper out. Thanks also for the video on the road runner. I had no idea they were as big as that.
